Ordered an item(s) and it's not for you?
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your order number. We'll get back to you within 24 hours (excludes weekends & Bank Holidays).
In the meantime, fill out the packing slip accordingly. We will confirm the returns address.
You can return via post or by visiting our office. Please advise when emailing us which return method you would prefer.
You have 14 days to inform us you would like a full refund / exchange on full price items. The 14 days starts from the day you receive your order. You then have 14 days to get the item(s) back to us.
For Click & Collect orders, the 14 days start from when your order is ready not when you collect your order.
Any returns that reach us outside of our return policy will be sent back as they aren’t eligible for a refund / exchange.
Please leave enough time to send back to us & for any courier delays etc, as we can’t be held responsible for these.
For exchanges, please email us to discuss your request.
Returns must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- All tags still attached
- Free of any cosmetic contact i.e. makeup / tan stains and perfume scents.
Any items returned with makeup / tan marks, perfume scents etc will be sent back, as they are not eligible for a refund / exchange so be mindful of this if / when trying on.
Returns are to be arranged and paid for by the customer. We recommend using signed for delivery service and keeping a copy of the tracking number, as we can't be held responsible for any lost or damaged parcels.
Please allow up to 7 days after we've received your return for the money to arrive into your account. If the money doesn't show in your account, please email us to advise and we will look into it for you.
We do our best to get it right first time every time but if your order turns up and an item is missing or contains something you didn't order. Please let us know via email and we'll get it sorted for you.
