Ordered an item(s) and it's not for you?
Email us at and provide your order number. We'll get back to you within 24 hours (excludes weekends).
In the meantime, fill out the packing slip accordingly. We will confirm the returns address.
You can return via post or by visiting our office. Please advise when emailing us (above), which method you would prefer.
You have 14 days for a full refund / exchange on full price items. The 14 days starts from the day you receive your order.

Any returns that reach us after the 14 days will be sent back as they aren’t eligible for a refund / exchange.
Please leave yourself enough time to send back to us & for any courier delays etc, as we can’t be held responsible for these.

 We can only accept a return for a full refund if it's within 14 days and the item must be:

- Unworn and unwashed
- All tags still attached
- Free of any cosmetic contact i.e. makeup / tan stains and perfume scents.
Any items returned with makeup / tan marks, perfume scents etc will be sent back, as they are not eligible for a refund / exchange so be mindful of this if / when trying on.
We're unable to provide exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, you will need to place a new order.
Returns are to be arranged and paid for by the customer. We recommend using signed for delivery service and keeping a copy of the tracking number, as we can't be held responsible for any lost or damaged parcels.
Please allow up to 7 days after we've received your return for the money to arrive into your account. If the money doesn't show in your account, please email us to advise and we will look into it for you.
We do our best to get it right first time every time but if your order turns up and an item is missing or contains something you didn't order. Please let us know via email and we'll get it sent out to you straight away (providing it's still available).
