Ordered an item(s) and it's not for you?
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your order number. We'll get back to you within 24 hours (excludes weekends).
In the meantime, fill out the returns form accordingly and once we've responded, send the item(s) back to us at the below address:

We can only accept a return for a full refund if it's within 14 days and the item must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- All tags still attached
- Free of any cosmetic contact i.e. makeup stains and perfume scents.
We're unable to provide exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, you will need to place a new order.
Returns are to be arranged and paid for by the customer. We recommend using signed for delivery service and keeping a copy of the tracking number, as we can't be held responsible for any lost or damaged parcels.
Please allow up to 7 days after we've received your return for the money to arrive into your account. If the money doesn't show in your account, please email us to advise and we will look into it for you.
We do our best to get it right first time every time but if your order turns up and an item is missing or contains something you didn't order. Please let us know via email and we'll get it sent out to you straight away (providing it's still available).
