Returns process and important information
Ordered an item(s) and it’s not for you?
Email us at hello@loveallura.com and provide your order number and product code(s). We’ll get back to you within 24 hours. In the meantime, fill out the returns form accordingly and once we’ve responded, send the item(s) back to us at the below address:

We can only accept a return for a full refund if it’s within 14 days and the item must be:
– Unworn and unwashed
– All tags still attached (inc both the Allura and the independent designer tag)
– Free of any cosmetic contact i.e. makeup stains and perfume scents.
If you want to swap your item for a different size or garment. Simply send us an email confirming your order number and let us know the product code of the item(s). Also, provide the new size or product code of the different item you want to swap.
Once we’ve received your goods, we’ll process the exchange for you.
 
Refunds & exchanges are to be arranged and paid for by yourself. We recommend using signed for delivery and keeping a copy of your tracking number as we can’t be held responsible for any lost or damaged parcels.
 
Once we’ve received your return, we will contact you to confirm. Please allow up to 7 days after this for the refund to be transferred to your account. If the money doesn’t show in your account, please email us to advise and we will look into it for you.
 
We do our best to get it right first time, every time but if your order turns up and an item is missing or contains something you didn’t order. Please let us know via email and we’ll get it sent out to you straight away (providing it’s still available).
